Isco celebrated his first international start for Spain with a stylish opener in a 3-0 win over Belarus in their Euro 2016 qualifier in Huelva.

The Real Madrid playmaker was named as a starter for the first time in his international career on Saturday and his presence on the pitch made a noticeable difference for La Roja.

Isco crafted Spain's attack but he took matters into his own hands to give his side the lead with a fabulous goal in the 18th minute.

Belarus failed to clear their lines at the back and Koke regained possession before passing the ball to Isco on the edge of the area.

The 22-year-old took a couple of touches before nonchalantly curling a delightful 20-yard effort into the top corner with Belarus goalkeeper Yuri Zhevnov rooted to the spot.

Sergio Busquets added a second within a minute and Pedro added a third before the hour mark to give Vicente Del Bosque's men all three points.

"I took a shot and it went very well and opened up the scoring, but it could've just as well have gone into the clouds," Isco said in his post-match interview.
