Atlético Madrid striker Diego Costa has given a clear hint that he is leaving the club for Premier League giants Chelsea.
The Blues have activated the £32 million buyout clause for the Brazil-born Spain striker, whose 36 goals helped inspire Atlético to the La Liga title and take them into the Champions League final.
Costa has reportedly passed a medical with Chelsea and agreed terms understood to be around £150,000-per-week.
Chelsea boss José Mourinho is also trying to sign Tiago and Filipe Luís from Atlético, in an effort to make Costa's new surroundings as comfortable as possible.
Speaking to Cadena COPE after Spain's 2-0 friendly win against El Salvador, Costa said: "Am I going to Chelsea? It looks like it."
