Newly-crowned Europa League champions Sevilla chalked up a 2-0 win over Selangor in a friendly match at the Shah Alam Stadium, with Piotr Trochowski's stunner was the highlight of the night.
Fresh from winning the Europa League, Sevilla was in Kuala Lumpur on Monday for the LFP World Challenge, a special project of the Spanish Football League by holding exhibition matches with selected league teams from other continents to promote Spanish football.
The opening goal of the match came in the 29th minute and it was a little unexpected from the manner it was scored.
Trochowski received the ball on the right hand side and looks to be putting in a cross but somehow it turned to be a shot, which completely caught Hamsani Ahmad by surprise.
The visitors added another goal in the dying minutes of the first-half when Diogo Figueiras headed in a cross from José Antonio Reyes.
