Having unofficially retired, Arsenal legend Robert Pirès put on his boots one more time to settle a local friendly while on holiday in Greece.
The 39-year-old had been relaxing in the Greek coastal resort of Rafina when he decided to attend a friendly between local side Storm Rafina and AO Mykonos.
With Rafina trailing 2-1 at halftime, the home side asked Pirès if he'd like to get involved in the second half.
Having not played a professional match since he left Aston Villa in 2011, Pirès took them up on the offer.
On came Pirès and he showed his class, scoring one and setting up another as Rafina came from behind to win the game 3-2.
After the match, the World Cup winner stayed on the field for an hour to have pictures taken with the players and fans.
