Chelsea manager José Mourinho has rubbished rumours claiming David Luiz is going to leave the London club, despite Barcelona's interest in signing the defender.
The Catalans tabled a bid for the Brazil international earlier this month, but Mourinho is adamant Chelsea will not let go of the central defender.
Mourinho, who returned to Chelsea for a second spell this summer, told BT Sport: "There is no possibility he will be leaving.
"He is a player we want to keep and he still has four years left on his contract.
"We like him here. He is an important part of this club and we will not be selling him at any price."
Even though Luiz signed a new contract with Chelsea 11 months ago, there have been rumours that the 26-year-old wanted a move to Barcelona.
"I don't know if he said that," added Mourinho. "What I can say is that he is not going to."
