Bosnia-Herzegovina midfielder Haris Medunjanin scored a 30-yard blaster en route to a convincing 5-0 victory in Friday's World Cup qualifying Group G match at Latvia.
The match was over by the 11th minute, when Aleksandrs Fertovs was dismissed for a high boot on Elvir Rahimić.
Latvia nonetheless held firm until Senad Lulić broke the deadlock three minutes after the break, with Vedad Ibišević doubling the advantage five minutes later.
Medunjanin then added a quite brilliant third in the 63rd minute.
The 28-year-old pounced on a ball from Edin Džeko and, from 30 yards out, sent a perfectly curving ball over the heads of the defense to nestle in the back of the net.
Miralem Pjanić capped a fine individual performance with a fourth on 80 minutes before setting up Džeko, who sidefooted home the fifth just a minute later.
