A horrendous mistake from São Paulo goalkeeper Rogério Ceni was the highlight of Saturday's 3-2 home victory over Ituano in the Campeonato Paulista.
Osvaldo opened the scoring for São Paulo on 19 minutes with Jádson providing the assist.
Kleiton Domingues leveled the scores with half-an-hour on the clock after a howler from Ceni.
The 24-year-old tried a speculative shot from distance and Ceni somehow fumbled the ball into his own net.
The veteran goalkeeper punched the post in his frustration, but Ituano were level and the score stayed that way into the break.
São Paulo regained the lead in the 50th minute through Jádson but the home side could not keep Ituano at bay as Adaílton scored with 17 minutes remaining to set up a grandstand finish.
With two minutes left, substitute Ganso stepped up to score the winner to hand the Soberano all three points.
