With his side leading 1-0, Kaká registered a second with a brilliant effort that had the majority of fans inside the Bernabéu on their feet.

The 29-year-old Brazilian received the ball inside from compatriot Marcelo on the left and took one touch before unleashing an unstoppable shot that bent past the helpless Urko Pardo into the top corner.

The goal also matched Rivaldo's 27 Champions League goals, a record for a Brazilian player.

"That was probably one of the most beautiful goals I've ever scored, not dissimilar to one I hit against Anderlecht while playing for AC Milan," Kaká told UEFA.com.
