La Liga: Barcelona 0-0 Sevilla

Lionel Messi failed with an injury-time penalty as Barcelona were held to a disappointing 0-0 draw with Sevilla at the Camp Nou.
The home side looked to have been handed a golden chance when they were awarded an injury-time penalty for a questionable foul on Andrés Iniesta.
Sevilla substitute Frédéric Kanouté did his best to put off penalty-taker Messi by nudging the ball off its spot and then started a melee between both sets of players as he grappled with Cesc Fàbregas.
The incidents earned Kanouté two yellow cards and his marching orders, but the theatrical delaying tactics appeared justified as Messi's tame spot kick was saved by man-of-the-match Javi Varas.
There was still time for more drama as Fernando Navarro was given his marching orders in the sixth minute of added time, but nine-man Sevilla survived to record the draw.
