Bayern Munich president Uli Hoeneß has revealed that the club would one day like to sign Germany starlet Mario Götze from Bundesliga rivals Borussia Dortmund.
The 19-year-old has been in fine form for club and country, and scored for Germany in their 6-2 win over Austria on Friday night in the Euro 2012 qualifiers.
And Hoeneß has now confirmed the club's admiration for Götze and is not concerned by the fact that the player has previously said he would not move to the Allianz Arena.
Hoeneß told a press conference: "Many players said in the past they would never go to Bayern, but eventually came.
"I'm not worried, if he keeps playing so well and we have a very attractive team, then we will eventually get into a conversation.
"It would be a fine thing to have such a good player at Bayern."
