Cristiano Ronaldo ranks Mesut Özil as best of the Germans

Real Madrid winger Cristiano Ronaldo has come out in praise of club team-mate and German international Mesut Özil.
The Spanish giants forked out a reported €15 million last summer to procure Özil's services from Werder Bremen, and he fitted in seamlessly at the Bernabéu, even keeping out Brazilian star Kaká from the starting eleven.
Ronaldo told Sport1: "Mesut is a great player and it is good fun to play alongside him.
"He is currently the best German player."
The Portugal international has also reserved praise for the German Bundesliga, rating it as the best after the English Premier League and the Spanish La Liga.
He added: "The German league has always maintained a very high level. There are many good players who play in Germany.
"Apart from England and Spain, the German Bundesliga is certainly the strongest."
