FC Porto striker Radamel Falcao has put an end to speculation linking him with a move to Chelsea by signing a two-year extension to his contract with the Portuguese champions.
The 25-year-old was reportedly a target for new Chelsea boss André Villas-Boas, who moved to Stamford Bridge from the Estádio do Dragão this summer.
Falcao, who had also been linked with Atlético Madrid, is now tied to the club until the end of the 2015 season.
A release clause of €30 million had been in place in his old contract, but that figure has been raised to €45 million.
The ex-River Plate hitman scored 38 goals last season as he led Porto to a sensational Treble.
