'Real Madrid will not bid for Sergio Agüero'

Atlético Madrid general manager Miguel Ángel Gil Marín believes it is impossible that want-away striker Sergio Agüero will play for arch rivals Real Madrid next season.
Agüero dropped a bombshell on Monday night when he openly declared his desire to leave the Vicente Calderón this summer - sparking off a chain of interest from top sides including Spanish capital neighbours Real.
"Agüero is not going to go to Real Madrid," Gil Marín said in El Larguero.
"I called (Real president) Florentino (Pérez) to ask him if we could maintain this commitment to not being hostile and he agreed.
"Either a club, that is not Real Madrid, comes in and puts €45 million on the table or he stays at Atlético Madrid. We don't want to negotiate with anyone."
And while the giants of Europe are all keeping tabs on the situation and weighing up their next move, Atlético have yet to receive a single concrete offer for the 22-year-old.
Gil Marin added: "Atlético Madrid don't have any offers, only a fax from Juventus saying they want to negotiate.
"It is a letter saying they are keen to negotiate, but Atlético don't want to negotiate."

But Atlético are standing firm and insist that any interested clubs they will have to pay the Argentine's buyout clause of €45 million - apart from Los Blancos.
