Real Madrid proved they will not give up their title bid without a fight after claiming a 3-0 success against Athletic Bilbao at the San Mames.

Substitute Cristiano Ronaldo made sure the points in the 70th minute as he latched onto a Kaká pass, cut back and beat Gorka Iraizoz with a a low shot inside the far post.
