Galatasaray skipper Arda Turan has admitted that he would like a move to Liverpool - because of the fact that they have red shirts!
The Turkish international has been building an impressive reputation as one of the rising talents in european football, and Arda has been linked with a string of top clubs over the last year.
After being linked with the Kop last summer and again this week, the 22-year-old has now admitted his aim is to one day represent the Merseysiders.
Arda said in the News of the World: "When I've finished my business at Galatasaray, I will be happy to play in Europe and represent my country there.
"I most want to play at Liverpool because of the culture of the club and the fans - and the fact that they have red shirts attracts me."
Newcastle United failed with a £9 million bid in the past for Arda so the Reds will have to make an offer in that region to land the player.
