Pavel Pogrebnyak seals Stuttgart move

VfB Stuttgart have signed Russia international Pavel Pogrebnyak from Zenit St Petersburg for an undisclosed fee.
The 25-year-old striker completed a medical with the Bundesliga outfit on Sunday before penning a three-year contract at the Gottlieb-Daimler-Stadion until 30 June 2012.
"We are delighted that it has worked out," Stuttgart sporting director Horst Heldt told DSF television.
"He fulfils precisely the profile that we were looking for. He is a target man, just like Mario Gómez."
Pogrebnyak becomes Stuttgart's second signing of the summer following the arrival of former Arsenal midfielder Aliaksandr Hleb from Barcelona.
He will take the place in the Stuttgart attack left vacant following the sale of Mario Gómez to Bayern Munich.
