Frank Lampard: My goal-scoring delight

Chelsea star Frank Lampard has spoken of his delight at equaling legendary striker Jimmy Greaves’ accumulation of 132 goals in a blue shirt.

A converted penalty in the 3-1 win at Sunderland on Tuesday saw him celebrate his 132nd goal in 430 appearances for the Blues - taking him level with Greaves in the club's all-time top 10 scorers list.

He now has two more legends in his sights - Peter Osgood and Roy Bentley, who each bagged 150 Chelsea goals.

"I'm delighted with that," Lampard beamed to www.chelseafc.com.

"Jimmy is a goal-scoring legend and I'm sure he did it in a lot less games than I did.

"I'm very pleased to be up there with him and just want to keep on scoring goals for Chelsea, especially important ones that help us win games."
