Zizou tips Pérez for president

Ex-Real Madrid star Zinedine Zidane has no doubt that the return of former president Florentino Pérez is the best news possible for Los Merengues.
Pérez announced his candidacy on Thursday and is already overwhelming favourite to assume power at the Bernabéu when the elections are held in June.
The 62-year-old businessman previously held the position between 2000-06 and in 2001 set a new world transfer fee record by sanctioning on £46 million deal to sign Zidane from Juventus, and the three-time FIFA World Player of the Year is excited at his possible return.
"If Florentino becomes president that can only be good for Real Madrid," he told Marca.
"It would be good for the image of the club and get them back to where they should be.
"There is a lot to do but Florentino will bring in the best players in the world."
There have been suggestions Pérez would appoint Zidane in some form of advisory role at the Spanish giants but the 36-year-old insists he has not yet been approached.
He added: "It's more important that he returns.
"I have remained in contact with him but we must wait to see if I come back. There is no deal in place currently."
