Portugal international midfielder Miguel Veloso has hinted that he will leave Sporting Lisbon this summer.
Sporting coach Paulo Bento admitted on Sunday that Veloso might leave the Portuguese giants and the player has now hinted that his future is in the hands of the club.
"If the coach said that I am up for sale, that is his choice, not mine," the 23-year-old told the Portuguese press. "He is the coach and the one in charge."
And Veloso admits he has grown tired of being blamed for his side's failure to win any silverware this season.
He said: "I think what has been said of me is not correct, maybe they wanted to make me a scapegoat.
"A lot of people have said the same and I only gave my opinion that I have the dream of playing abroad.
"I do not regret anything of what I said."
