Moyes wins third LMA award

David Moyes' fine work at Everton this term saw him named Manager of the Year for the third time at Tuesday night's League Managers Association Awards in Nottingham.
The 46-year-old Scotsman guided the Toffees not only to the FA Cup final but also to fifth place in the Premier League and a place in the new Europa League next season.
And he achieved that despite relatively little spending in the transfer market and losing a number of regulars throughout the campaign.
LMA chairman Howard Wilkinson said: "Since joining Everton, David has not only transformed the club's fortunes, he has also created a huge fan base, including many of his fellow managers.
"With only modest financial backing he has shown what can be achieved through discipline, dedication and an innate ability to get the best out of every player."
Moyes, who won the award previously in 2003 and 2005, is the first manager to win it three times.
