Newcastle outcast Hatem Ben Arfa to hold 'meet & greet' with fans at local shop

French playmaker Hatem Ben Arfa is set to hold a "meet and greet" with Newcastle United supporters despite being axed by manager Alan Pardew.
The 27-year-old has been forced to train with the reserves this summer, with his lack of professionalism the catalyst for him falling out of favour with his boss.
He has also been stripped of the number 10 shirt, instead being assigned the 26 shirt, with summer signing Siem de Jong being handed the number 10 following his arrival from Ajax Amsterdam.
Pardew is believed to want Ben Arfa out of the club completely, having lost patience with the mercurial midfielder.
And with Newcastle planning an open signing session for their fans August 12th, Ben Arfa has been told he will not be welcome at the event.
The Frenchman, though, has other ideas and instead organised his very own "meet and greet" session with Toon fans in the Back Page football memorabilia store at 6pm.
