English League One outfit Leyton Orient have come up with a brilliant new exercise for their goalkeepers called "Keeper Combat".
"Keeper Combat" pits two goalkeepers against each other in goals 10 yards apart, with the pair of them having to try and score past their opposite number while keeping them out at the other end.
