'Special One' José Mourinho to launch own cartoon in Portugal

José Mourinho is set to launch his own children's cartoon in his homeland of Portugal next Saturday.
One of the Premier League's most popular personalities, the 50-year-old Chelsea manager has given the go ahead for the show.
Entitled "Mourinho and The Special Ones", the cartoon revolves around a youngster who gets spotted by Mourinho playing in a local match before the Portuguese tactician turned him into a global football superstar.
"I believe the series 'Mourinho and the Special Ones' truly combines education and entertainment. I am proud to be part of this project," Mourinho said at the launch.
"Mourinho and the Special Ones" is due to air for the first time on Portugal top children's television channel, SIC K, on 31 August.
As well as a slot on Portuguese television, the cartoon, created by Sport Stars Media, will also have a trading card game and mobile app.
