Southampton player takes mid-match toilet break, gets chanted on return

Southampton's in-form attacker Jason Puncheon left the field for unusual circumstances against Everton on Monday night.

Midway through the second half, the 26-year-old found himself needing to answer an urgent call of nature.

So, he ran off the field to use the club's facilities, leaving the Saints temporarily with only 10 men on the picth.

Puncheon returned to the pitch soon after and here's how the visiting fans welcomed him.


The chant was soon followed by an equally humorous reply from the Southampton crowd.


Even the man himself couldn't help but have a laugh when he heard the chants, having been caught red-handed.
