Carroll headed the winner at the death against local rivals Everton in a thrilling FA Cup semi-final at Wembley on Saturday - just days after scoring a last-gasp winner for Liverpool in a remarkable 3-2 win at Blackburn Rovers.
After scoring only six goals all season long, the £35 million man has now scored twice in his and Liverpool's last two games, and Kelly has exposed the real reason why on Twitter.
According to Kelly, who returned to the squad after injury to be on the bench for the semifinal against Everton, Carroll has used Jordan Henderson's hair gel for the past two matches.
