Reigning champions Barcelona secured a seventh consecutive La Liga success with a 2-0 win away at Real Mallorca.
The visitors took the lead on 25 minutes when Lionel Messi's lobbed free-kick evaded everyone in the area before going in off the inside of the post.
Mallorca gained a numerical advantage after Thiago Alcântara received his second booking for an apparent handball in the 56th minute.
But Barcelona eased any nerves they may have had when Gerard Piqué volleyed in Messi's rebound off the post with 11 minutes to go to seal the victory.
