A Craig Bellamy brace and a Steven Gerrard goal saw Liverpool grab a 3-1 comeback victory over Newcastle United at Anfield.
The visitors took the lead on 25 minutes when Ryan Taylor's cross was headed toward goal by Yohan Cabaye and then deflected off Daniel Agger to wrongfoot goalkeeper Pepe Reina.
But Bellamy notched the equaliser four minutes later before adding the second with a free kick in the 67th minute.
Gerrard came on as a substitute for his second appearance after a two-month injury layoff and scored the third with just over ten minutes to go, slotting home from a tight angle after being played in by Jay Spearing.
