Djibril Cissé has said goodbye to Panathanaikos fans in customary fashion - by getting on the mike at a local nightclub.
The scene emerges as the Greek club have finally admitted that they need to sell their star player, who joined Panathinaikos from Olympique Marseille in 2009.
The Frenchman is expected to finalise a switch to Serie A side Lazio very shortly and, in the absence of any fixtures, decided a nightclub in Athens was his best chance of addressing as many supporters as possible.
He told everybody present "you'll be in my heart for my life" during his mini-speech.
Loving what they were hearing the crowd erupted in chants of "Djibril Cissé! Djibril Cissé!" which forced the striker to sit down in the DJ booth as he wiped tears from his eyes.

With Panathinaikos looking to trim down their wage bill as a result of the financial crisis that is hitting Greece, the club will most likely have to cash in on Cissé.
