David Beckham played the part of impromptu steward by catching a young pitch invader late in Gary Neville's testimonial match against Juventus at Old Trafford on Tuesday.
Beckham, wearing a Manchester United shirt for the first time since 2003, was about to take a corner kick late in the match when play was interrupted by an impish pitch invader.
And as the stewards attempted to bundle the young scamp out over the advertising hoardings, Beckham attempted to persuade them to let him go and showed his displeasure when he wasn't.
