A fan who was hit by a wayward Cristiano Ronaldo clearance during a match received an apology in the shape of a photograph, a little hug and a crisp new Real Madrid shirt.
The guy got a bloody nose and probably wasn't the most comfortable man in the stadium for the rest of the match.
But after the the game was over, the Portuguese player apologized personally and gave him a shirt and took a picture with him.
"I didn't mean to hit him," Ronaldo said later. "I just wanted to clear the ball. I wish to apologize."
