Arsenal are as good as out of the title race after Tamir Cohen's late winner gave Bolton Wanderers a 2-1 victory at the Reebok Stadium.
On-loan striker Daniel Sturridge gave Bolton a deserved lead in the 38th minute with his seventh goal in nine games for the Trotters.
Kevin Davies then missed a penalty for Bolton at the start of the second half before Robin van Persie drew Arsenal level with a well-worked equaliser just a minute later.
And although the Gunners pegged Bolton back, missing several chances to go in front, Owen Coyle's men kept coming forward and substitute Tamir Cohen headed a 90th-minute winner from Matt Taylor's corner.
