Czech club faces scandal for fielding 'ill' players

Czech club Sparta Prague is facing disciplinary action and possible punishment from the country's football federation after attempting one of the dumbest stunts in world football history.
The club claimed three of their players were unavailable for international duties because of illness or injury.
In an apparent attempt to disguise the players' identities, their names didn't appear on the teamsheet and the three wore jerseys with team-mates' names on them - Manuel Pamić playing as Jakub Podany, Václav Kadlec as Pavel Kadeřábek and Tomáš Pekhart was Martin Abena.
Suspicions were raised when a relative unknown Kadeřábek scored both goals in the 2-1 victory, but it was later revealed both scores had come from the boot of Kadlec, playing in Kadeřábek's jersey.
Sparta's plan seems to have been rumbled when a Czech journalist spotted the players in photos from the match posted on Zenit's website.
