Inter Milan striker Samuel Eto'o claims he has become a better player thanks to former mentor José Mourinho.
Last season, Mourinho has often positioned Eto'o as a winger, performing a role not too dissimilar to that usually performed by a full-back.
New Nerazzurri boss Rafa Benítez has since moved Eto'o back into the middle and the player has responded with considerable aplomb, scoring 12 goals in 10 games in all competitions.
"I will never stop thanking Mourinho. He's a unique coach. He made me get to know another role," Eto'o told Studio 15.
"I would never have imagined being able to cover it. He made me more complete. This also gives me more security.
"I won a lot last year and even now the sensations are positive."
