Table of Contents
FC Copenhagen are the surprise leaders of Group D of the Champions League thanks to a 2-0 away win to 10-man Panathinaikos.
Dame N'Doye fired the Danes into the lead shortly before the half-hour mark after being set up by Jesper Grønkjær.
And they were punished further when Martin Vingaard took advantage of more poor goalkeeping by Alexandros Tzorvas with a free-kick from all of 30 yards to give them a two-goal cushion.
The game was then as good as over straight from the restart as Panathinaikos skipper Gilberto Silva was given his marching orders for two bookable offences.
