Lazio secured only their third away win of the season after claiming a 2-0 victory over Cagliari at the Stadio Sant'Elia.
Tommaso Rocchi put Lazio ahead after just four minutes as he latched onto Stefano Mauri's cross-field pass, beat Lino Marzoratti for pace and then shot low past Federico Marchetti.
The visitors doubled the lead eight minutes before the break when Sergio Floccari shrugged off the attentions of Daniele Dessena and Alessandro Agostini and then fired into the top right corner.
