Aston Villa had to settle for a point following a hard-fought 2-2 draw with Midlands rivals Wolverhampton Wanderers at Villa Park.
Villa got off to a flying start with John Carew converting Ashley Young's cross after just 16 minutes, but Wolves hit back and drew level seven minutes later through goalscoring centre-back Jody Craddock.
Wolves moved ahead seven minutes before half-time thanks to an unfortunate own goal from James Milner, but Villa finally made their dominance count on 82 minutes when Carew scored his second of the game to ensure a share of the spoils.
