Roberto Mancini has made himself available should Juventus opted to show the door to current Bianconeri boss Ciro Ferrara.

Ferrara has come under heavy scrutiny from the club following their humiliating 4-1 home defeat to Bayern Munich on Tuesday, which saw them eliminated from the Champions League.

"Juventus want me? I’m ready," Mancini declared in Tuttosport.

"Even when I was at Inter Milan I made no secret of the fact that as a kid I supported the Bianconeri."

There were frictions between Mancini and Juve during the tactician’s four-year stint at the San Siro, but the 45-year-old maintains he is no foe of the Old Lady.

He added: "Fans should play the roles of fans, clubs the role of clubs.

"I have never spoken badly of Juventus, the polemic was more to do with certain employees of the club. I say that with respect of Juventus and of the truth."
