Georgia defender Kakha Kaladze twice fluffed attempted clearances into his own net to hand Italy a 2-0 win in Tbilisi.
Kaladze's first own-goal came in the 56th minute when he headed a long-range effort from Angelo Palombo into his own net.
On 67 minutes Kaladze did it again as Domenico Criscito crossed into the box and the Georgia captain again failed to clear the ball, instead diverting it past the wrong-footed Giorgi Lomaia with a diving header.
