Wesley Sneijder insists he is in no rush to leave Real Madrid and has vowed to fight for a place in their star-studded team.
The Dutch midfielder has been linked with a move away from the Spanish capital for much of the summer after falling down the pecking order at the Bernabéu.
But the 25-year-old maintains that he would like to remain at Los Merengues and try to break into the side.
He told ATP: "I want to fight for my place at Real Madrid despite there being a lot of rivalry.
"On Thursday I will be in Madrid again, so I will find out more then.
"I don't want to leave Real. I know the transfer market is open for another two weeks but I am still thinking the same about things."
