Samuel Eto'o has arrived in Milan ahead of his Inter Milan medical scheduled for Monday.
The Cameroon striker arrived with his agent Jose Maria Mesalles, who last week agreed personal terms with Inter.
Eto'o is moving to Italy from Barcelona in a deal that will see Zlatan Ibrahimović move the other way while Inter will also receive €45 million and take Belarus midfielder Aliaksandr Hleb on loan for a year.
"I'm very happy to finally have arrived in Milan," Eto'o said when he landed at Milan's Linate airport. "After 13 years in Spain, today is the start of a new adventure for me.
"I would like to once again thank president Massimo Moratti who is a person of great heart and was an important reason why I came here to Inter. I hope to repay him with work on the pitch.
"Now it's important to rediscover my fitness and join the team so we can work together."
