Premier League round-up: Glory Glory Man United!

Table of Contents
Manchester United sealed their 18th Premier League title after securing the point they needed with a 0-0 draw at home to Arsenal.

In a game of few clear-cut chances, Arsenal saw Robin van Persie head over their best chance of the first half.

Cristiano Ronaldo had a great chance at the start of the second period after Carlos Tévez had failed to manage a shot after Michael Carrick had supplied the cross, but his follow-up ended up in row Z of the Stretford End.

Tévez was replaced by Park Ji-Sung on 67 minutes, with the Argentine waving to all four corners of the stadium, looked for all the world like a goodbye.

The closest either team came to a winner was on 84 minutes when Gunners captain Cesc Fàbregas' well-struck shot thumped against the post.

United grew more cautious as the game wore on, but survived some late Arsenal pressure to make it three titles in a row for the second time during the Premier League era.
