Chelsea blasts fans over sickening chant

Chelsea have slammed their own fans for their offensive chanting at Manchester United star Cristiano Ronaldo on Sunday, The Sun reports.
Blues supporters sang You should have died in the tunnel during the 3-0 defeat at Old Trafford — a reference to Ronaldo crashing his Ferrari on the way to training last week.
Neither the police, the FA or United will be taking the matter further but a United spokesman said: "Anyone with an ounce of sense recognises they were pretty foul chants."
Danny Lynch of the FA’s Kick It Out organisation said: "It was not racist or discriminatory but in many people’s eyes it would probably be seen as just as bad."
A Greater Manchester police spokeswoman said: "If Manchester United find it offensive, it’s up to them to report it."
