Giorgio Chiellini regained his side's lead on 34 minutes and Brazilian striker Amauri scored before the break to establish a 3-1 half-time lead.
Massimo Ambrosini pulled one back for Milan in the 52nd minute before Gianluca Zambrotta was sent off on 66 minutes.
And Juventus capitalised on their numerical advantage as Amauri made the points safe with 21 minutes to go.
Inter Milan past rock-bottom Chievo Verona 4-2 at the San Siro to maintain their six-point lead at the top of Serie A.
José Mourinho's men raced into a 2-0 lead with goals from Maxwell and Dejan Stanković.
Chievo hit back and got back on level terms thanks to efforts from Sergio Pellissier and Simone Bentivoglio.
But Zlatan Ibrahimović restored the advantage in the 79th minute with a header, before Chievo's Santiago Morero was saw red three minutes later.
Ibrahimović then sealed the victory with a hard shot from the edge of the box to notch his 10th Serie A goals of the season.
