Portuguese winger Simão Sabrosa has revealed that he still hopes to play in the Premier League.
The former Benfica captain has been strongly linked with Liverpool in 2005, but a deal never materialised and he ended up moving to Atlético Madrid two years later.
The 29-year-old insists he is 'very happy' at the Spanish capital at present, but admits his ambition is to move to England in the future.
He told Portuguese news channel Sic Noticias: "I signed a four-year contract. I have two more years remaining and if I complete them I will do it happily, but I still have the dream of playing in England.
"I'm attracted to the style of play there and their stadiums."
