Barcelona will be expected to have an easy second leg match in the Copa del Rey after a 1-0 victory at Benidorm.
The Catalans, who in recent years proved to be troubled by smaller teams, were slightly more successful against the Spanish minnows.
Lionel Messi and goalkeeper Víctor Valdés were among those who were rested by Pep Guardiola, while striker Samuel Eto'o and captain Carles Puyol spent the match on the bench.
Teenage striker Bojan Krkic scored the sole goal in the 55th minute as he curled a long-range effort which eluded diving goalkeeper Juan Carlos Caballero at his left post.
Barcelona will host the Segunda Division B side in the second leg on November 12.
First-division clubs have entered the competition at this stage, with rules stating that those who are drawn against lower-league opponents must play the first leg away from home.
Thirteen of the remaining fifteen first leg clashes will be played on Wednesday, the other two on Thursday.
